Aafreen's practical knowledge and insights from years of experience in the vocational education sector and her continuously improving approach to resource development and instructional design has assisted National Training Alliance to achieve results during initial registration audits and appeals decisions reviews with the regulator(Australian Skills Quality Authority).

Furthermore, Ms. Aafreen holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and tertiary qualifications in business management, further enhancing her skill set and contributing to her effectiveness in her role.
